**You do not have to have a sign in to register, but if you are a member, the fields will populate contact information for you.
- Fill out all required fields - including address (we need to know where to deliver the printed guides).
- Choose your sponsorship level (Ad specifications are below)
- Early Bird Discount is applied automatically at checkout
- Choose whether to be invoiced or pay with card.
- You'll receive a confirmation email after completion.
Upload Logo
Logo will be used for:
- Digital display
- On website
- Sign next to float (for North Pole, Jingle Bell and Rudolph)
Digital display specifications are below. You may submit more than one format, including PDF for printed sign.
All sponsors must submit a new logo - we are printing all new signs this year.
Upload Ad Artwork
All artwork must be submitted by Friday, October 16 by 5pm
- Submit art work in the size of the sponsorship you selected.
- If you have a 1/2 or 1/4 page - you may choose the horizontal or the vertical layout. Ad specification below.
- PDF format works best for printer, but we will also accept PNG.
