St. Jude volunteers came together in 2009 to organize the first East Peoria to Peoria run for St. Jude.  East Peoria has joined other communities throughout Illinois to help raise money and awareness for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  100% of every dollar raised by St. Jude Runners goes to research and care of children with catastrophic diseases regardless of theuir ability to pay.  The St. Jude East Peoria to Peoria Run will be held August 7th when a group of runners will be running throughout East Peoria for the Children of St. Jude. The run will be the 2nd Annual East Peoria to Peoria Run. Last year the group raised a little more than $36,000. Sponsorships range from $200 to $700+.
